Confirmation of Booking

Payment in full required at time of booking. Bookings made with White Rock Glass Studio are considered provisional until payment in full is received. Without payment, the booking is not secured and White Rock Glass Studio will accept bookings from other operators.

Cancellations by Customers

The following fees are incurred:

Please note the following prior to your experience

• Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the experience start time.

• Guests should wear appropriate attire for this experience

• White Rock Glass Studio reserve the right to refuse client participation if simple safety regulations are not adhered to.
